Have you ever taken a shit and felt like you could sprint through walls after?
The goal is to take a shit every morning to start the day
1. Wake up early-ish before school, work, rotting, etc.
2. Drink warm water to rehydrate and get your digestive tract running
3. Drink black coffee (huge for shitmaxxing)
4. Eat a fiber-rich breakfast to make you more likely to shit
5. Take a little walk
6. Take magnesium
7. Stay hydrated throughout the day
8. Eat decently big meals
If you do all this and sit down to take a shit at the same time each morning, you will likely shit, and therefore feel like a GOD.
