- fat graft on nose, upper eyelid and lower eyelid
- browridge implant

even if I found the money for a double jaw, no doctor would perform it on me because I have neither overbite nor sleep apnoea or any other functional reason to get this kind of surgery

You probably don't wanna get fillers if your mouth is not wide enough though, unless of course your lips are paper thin. Lips look bigger with good forward growth.

I think you can get double jaw for aesthetic reasons, you need. Insurance wont cover jt obviously
