There definitely is a genetic connection but how do you think those genetics came to be in the first place? For example some small bugs genetically develop different colourings of their body and by that genetic predisposition they actually develop a whole bunch of different mechanisms to account for the genetics but that's just colour. He unfortunately won't show his face what I would recommend is try at least 1 month constantly and not too hard so your teeth don't fall out bro also something you could try I think is get a pretty big towel right then get a old shirt not too soft not too rough then circle the shirt the whole way over the towel and try facepulling that way... Also imo I disagree somewhat with OP's primary way of pulling I recommend you not pull forwards but downwards in the correct neck posture. Bear in mind tho if your face is wide you have to do it forwards or downwards, if your face is long you have to do forwards and upwards etc but if or when you fix this major flaw you pull downwards the correct position.Bro please, are u still doing this, do you see any more progress? F1 FACEPULLING
The issue with facepulling as a whole is besides the DONSJOHNS DIAGRAMS (https://web.archive.org/web/2016070...ooksmax-Belt-facepulling?pid=952783#pid952783) from the lookism era, there isn't a SINGLE LEGIT guide that will transform your skull. The facepulling guide where you simply hang your skull from a high place does NOT work because you do not experience the required amount of force to move sutures in any kind of way and it is quite dangerous.
I have been experimenting with facepulling for a year now, trying every method I could find but nothing really worked because I didn't feel the tension I wanted to move anything in my face.
Although the donsjohns diagrams are quite revolutionnary and would work quite well, they do not put enough tension on the midface to activate the bone remodeling process rapidly, in other words, the gains are very very slow.
The basic theory behind facepulling is this: your face is like a tool, if you use it like a tool, it will look very striking, with the bones popping out since they have been put through massive tension and have adapted to be thicker. This is the missing piece to actually looking good, its not MEWING, its not K2
