MOST ADVANCED FACEPULLING GUIDE (TOOK ME 1 YEAR TO PERFECT) F1 FACEPULLING

F1 FACEPULLING

The issue with facepulling as a whole is besides the DONSJOHNS DIAGRAMS (https://web.archive.org/web/2016070...ooksmax-Belt-facepulling?pid=952783#pid952783) from the lookism era, there isn't a SINGLE LEGIT guide that will transform your skull. The facepulling guide where you simply hang your skull from a high place does NOT work because you do not experience the required amount of force to move sutures in any kind of way and it is quite dangerous.

I have been experimenting with facepulling for a year now, trying every method I could find but nothing really worked because I didn't feel the tension I wanted to move anything in my face.

Although the donsjohns diagrams are quite revolutionnary and would work quite well, they do not put enough tension on the midface to activate the bone remodeling process rapidly, in other words, the gains are very very slow.

The basic theory behind facepulling is this: your face is like a tool, if you use it like a tool, it will look very striking, with the bones popping out since they have been put through massive tension and have adapted to be thicker. This is the missing piece to actually looking good, its not MEWING :feelsuhh:, its not K2 :feelsuhh:, and its not GENETICS :feelsuhh:. You could be born into the most CHAD family there is in this world, but if the way you grew up eating was eating only mushy foods without doing any pulling like a caveman trying to eat raw steak with just his hands and his face, you will be recessed and look ugly. THE FACE NEEDS TO BE WORKED OUT, JUST LIKE ANY BODY PART. I know incels on this forum worship genetics like its GOD (ITs aLl gEnEtiCS bRo), when in reality the GENETICS are MOSTLY the nurturing you received growing up and the eating habits you developed.

I present to you F1 FACEPULLING

Why is it called F1 facepulling? BECAUSE the way you do it like an F1 driver sitting in an F1 CAR

Amazing thread will try

This is weird cause it will definitely move your incisors if you do do it with a rope, please do not use you incisors, otherwise use a towel since it has more surface area
which teeth should I use with?

Primarily with the premolars but I kind of changed my op on this, you can use your incisors but please train them so they don't fall off lmao

Ima start doing this and update you in a couple months bro. I have an overbite btw so im wondering if this will help it since its expanding the maxilla. Either way i got nothing to lose so if i get fucked it wont make a difference

Try putting 60% of the weights into the lower jaw going forwards if you can

One more thing, do i start with light pressure so the bone can adapt easier or do i go full force in the beginning as said? If light, then for how long (like in a span of weeks or so) should i be doing light before going heavy, and for how many reps and seconds per rep? If not then ill just do exactly as said in the guide but apply around 60% of the weight around my lower jaw.

I don't like to count Try to hold it in static but feel the burn throughout your whole face then do slow movements with light force, if you can withstand the static pressure try increasing and so on until you reach a point where it's not easy to hold but also requires enough effort in the end with a slight recovery period. All that just to say progressive overload lmao 🤣

Just to clarify so that i understand properly, AND BTW thanks for the help bro seriously im glad youre responding back so fast:

  • Start with static holds at a force that I can tolerate
  • I dont count reps but go by time under tension + burn? (Kinda what im a little confused about when regaeding peogressive overload)
  • Once i can hold that force comfortably, i increase the force
  • Then repeat
If i understand correctly im legit supposed to hold it staticslly comfortably and after i feel the burn i do slow movements with light forces? (What does that even mean btw?)
I mean ik either way ill be able to "withstand" the static pressure, but what do you mean by withstanding it? I dont even know how i would use "withstand" in a statement like this because its time under tension so wheres the failing part? I just need u to clarify one more time bro i want it to be perfect yk, have no flaws in what i do.

Could you also tell me why i shldnt do like the OP, meaning max force from the beginning? Because im guessing progessive overload will take us to maximun force in the end, or maybe not?

Nvm bro i read from the previous pages and got context i was missing out on. I get what you mean now. Ive been doing it as you said though, going slow and feeling the burn for a few days now. Ill update you in some months to tell you how it has gone. @the_nextDavidLaid

You gotta get comfortable first, this is a little like isometrics in all honesty, you can't hold the posture in which you train isometrically forever but over time you can "withstand" the stretch/pain and increase the time/intensity... That's essentially what I mean.

Thanks brother for messaging back.

Ive noticed that my sore neck pain has gotten better. Im also able to withstand a greater force now. No noticeable change in the face, but can withstand greater force than before. One thing ive noticed is how after ive completed the routine for the day is how my palate and bite seems better. Better tongue posture has somewhat gotten better.

Real results are awaiting still, i will definitely update you in a month or two if i notice any new changes

F1 facepulling :lul: funny stuff, might win the grand prix from this.

Good luck
Bro, i just saw in the mirror this morning and my palate has already begun expanding. I can feel how my teeth feel wider apart and how my jaw muscles are getting bigger. Ive been doing fascia release exercises every morning and i also chew on tough meat to amplify this. Its been like 3 weeks and im noticing progress. Its not that visual, except from my jaw getting a little bit wider because im lean, so the forward growth id what im waiting. My natural position of the jaw has even shifted forward a bit and im consistenly waking up mewing from my sleep whcih is INSANE progress. Ill definitely keep updating you bro this is crazy to me @the_nextDavidLaid

How long has you been doing this and are you doing it exactly as in the pic of this thread? I've been beltpulling for a few days and I'm looking to see if this might be more effective since you can apply way more force than just with your arms.

when i pull i get pain here @JcPenny View attachment 3417406 watchu think, strongest in the midface and jaw

i have no idea how or why i get pain in my upper third from facepulling
Dude I'm having the same pain and even get headaches from beltpulling. Might try this.

fellow old threads reader W user bro you reading about true looksmax and not shitposting off topic threads good stuff. i now know why i got pain in these spots its equivalent as feeling the burn/pain during strength workouts in the gym

So ivr been doing this for around 3-4 weeks not rlly sure. The tile i first made a reply was wheb i started. I use weights in a backpack, and i wrap around my towel on the handle of the backpack at the top so that the backpacks top half curves towards me since im pulling back.

I have it on a big comfy chair idk i could send a picture, and its really good since its almost automatic head level. I then wrap the top part of my towel in so that its thicker to bite on and make sure i can bite it all the way in the back teeth. That way i get a lot of weight on my lower teeth. I then test to see if its a good bite before doing each rep by doing small reps with medium force (like 3 js rlly quick ones to estimate if i shld redo my bite on the towel) and then i put my feet on my backpack as well as grabben my towel directly infront of my mouth and pushing a lot forward and a little up as well.

I hold this as i readjust my head to fit the backpack level, i feel my neck getting engaged there, and now this is where i push with my feet and both body and neck. You should kinda feel like youre about to fall backwards but not, since ur using ur bodyweight too (bcs of the long toweel your sitting as if youd fall backwards).

I did try this wth a small towel at first, but the position was insanely weird. My head was so much forward that i was questioning it, and i was sitring like i was trying to suck my own dih when i pushed away with my feet. When i switched to a long towel (ones used for showering) i noticed how much easier it was to apply the correct force with your entire body. MAKE SURE TO GO LIGHT IN THE BEGINNING AND HOLD UNTIL YOUR BODY TELLS YOU TO STOP. Big on this because i was unsure. You can go back and read on the other oages where the OP explains this, or just listen to davidlaid guy who replied to me on this page. Goodluck, and make sure to bit down hard.

Zinsa if u see this i need a little help. My palate is expanding like crqzy and almost every 2 days feel better. Ive noticed that the right side of my palate is a little more expanded than my left. Idk what the cause of this is, and if its because of chewing issues or something, but my left mandible isnt as projected as my right. Its like my left gonion is more outwards and my mandible on that side being shortwr and caving in more to the middle, and my right being the complete opposite, basically longer and not as flared out. Idek what this is but it has been this way for a while now snd idk whag type of assymetry it is, however continuing this im not sure if i should pull more to the left and minimalöy to the right to try and fix it or something.

Broo im not sure if u have an expander installed honestly, i hope someone else could help. But i never decided to get braces or an expander because i know its way better to do everything as natural as it gets

Ur
yes sorry if confusion, but my point is DON'T DO SO HARD THAT YOUR FACE IS LITERALLY CRACKING

you ain't gonna be pulling nowhere near this hard in primal environments and the skull was not designed for this amount of stress

do face row, but please not that hard you will end up in the ER
Actually a pussy nigger
