It's pretty obvious - the richer a zone, the more competition and more money/status you need. Manhattan, Hollywood, Monte Carlo, etc. are probably similar, there are tons of rich and famous people there.
But if you go in some poor shithole, it's much easier to stand out from the competition if you have a little money/status.
