i mean , more IQ gained relative to effort used . like , even if it takes a long time to gain IQ , if it doesnt take much effort , then it doesnt use much time .

there r games like n-back , which i will do b4 i go to bed , but it takes a lot of effort & its not like reading which also gives new ideas .

subliminals take little conscious effort , i listening to IQ subliminal

what else to increase IQ ? sleepmaxxing & dietmaxxing , i take melatonin & lithium might help IQ . i dont want to have a big stack of supps tho

To answer your question though the only real way is to limit and combat brain fog, and increaseing your knowledge. Optimal health including breath, and not be addicted to some substance can limit brain fog. Dopamine detox supossably help but I’ve never tried one, no porn definitely helps though. Besides that improving memory, reading good books from good authors, are about the only other ways. Maybe playing piano as you use both hand simultaneously, many inteeliegent people grew up playing the piano as well. Correlation doesn’t equal causation but there could still be a benefit to it.

I think reading in some form that gets you to think is good not just books. However, don’t overdo some philosophy majors I know became complete simpletons from reading complex and challenging philosophers for long periods of times each day. I think reading fictions that exited the mind is very important to, a good Shakespeare play like hamlet has done more for my thinking than years of uni. Dumas, Blake, Milton, Dante, Byron. Classic works that are fun to read and don’t make you feel like an idiot for no reason.

One week of retaining semen has a profound effect on brain fog and improves all cognitive function for me, and I have very good health metrics and hormonal levels so I don’t think it’s simply nutrient loss. but I don’t think completely stopping ejaculation if possible through sex is always good. I think just limiting it maximum once every 2ish weeks is good. Some esoteric authors recommend edging with a girl like tantric sex but not cumming before creative work. I know some people that edge to sensation not images once every 3-4 days, and swear by it something you can experiment with.

I looked into n-back and it seems pretty promising, is there any other cognitive exercise like it?

ill try n-back b4 bed cuz i think useing the internet b4 bed is overstimulateing my mind leading to difficult sleep , n-back is kinda boreing and therefore if it helps me sleep then its not wasteing time . i dont think it would be strategic to play n-back throughout the day , its just a game .

Regardless if it's unstable it's used in the building and maintaining of the brain, epa and dha specifically. I think your body can handle up to a certain amount of pufa so you should not stress it by consuming those that are unnecessary for the body but still can take in some amount (that is not stressing metabolic fuctions like vitamin e depletion). Omega 3 supplements are always shit but I believe wild fish is beneficial.

ruminant meat mogs fish . since they r similar to us humans . in cold blooded fish the PUFAs r stable but not in warm blooded mammals.

its debateable whether we even need omega 3 , but its unavoidable that u get some anyway . just dont eat a lot of omega 6
