U need OBO with a thick neck aswell. Those implants aren’t gonna make up for that assyemtry.

What do you mean by "OBO"? I had a craniosynostosis when i was born , got surgery for it when i was like 1 yo, i don't know if that's what caused it or if i have half another chromosome hanging around, but honestly my eye area is so far gone i gave up on it.

Also, it's my whole face, literally, that's why i have a tmj so bad on my right side that when it clicks you can hear from another room.

I was hoping to get a bimax covered for that, and do something like infraorbital implants second, not really sure about that "box osteotomy" and how much i would cost.
