Im assuming side lateral raises. Neck training front and back and then maybe some light jogging just to keep the midsection tight and have cardio (incase you ever have sex this helps)
 
Sit-ups are useless unless ur lean

am I missing anything? Maybe some pull-ups too or something so the arms look decent
 
pull ups, body weight squats, all ab exercises (lots that are good), hindu pushups (if advanced), pushups
sprinting will be enough work on legs
 
i would personnaly say wheighted pull ups since its injury free you get to controll your body wheight your core is always tensed up since you cant swing your entire back biceps forearms are working and also it is usefull in life situations especially in army when survival hits you need to climb over the wall or just pull up for your life also you gonna become strong as fuk if you like 200 pounds and you add like 80 pounds wheight your just bassicaly lifting 280 pounds body wheight

Wheighted pull ups barbell squats swimming running doing these exercises you gonna become versitile your cardio gonna be on goat level if you take it seriously. also youre body from swimming gonna become great chest shoulders abs will pop up like crazy i been swimming when i was teen and didint do any workouts and always had best bodie in schoold big chest and clear visible abs running is also one of the best thing to master you want to have that top 1% cardio it helps in life a lot when i was in army it was so great to feel on top when you do pt tests or just in general when youre in missions or practises in forests when other people cant suffer runing with 100 extra pounds back pack guns boots armoor and you just dont give a fuk and feel great cuz you know you have that cardio even in fighting the most two inportant things is tehniq and cardio so running is must unless your very big so stay away from running since its gona be bad for your joints and knees but swimming is legit goat exercies with pull ups bassicaly injury free good streching mobility versitile

I can do 25 pull-ups. But I still look tiny in clothing. I’m 160 5’10

25 pull-ups at 160 is not bad.

i feel like it I had focused more on side lateral raises and not pull-ups I’d look more formible in clothing.
 
I’ve been doing pull-ups for years. I had a pull-up bar in my room doorway and I’d do like 100 a day.

i could also do 8 reps with 60 pounds. I injured my bicep doing 90 lbs pull-ups. So I just do body weight now. But I think they aren’t that important. I think side deltoids are.

I also think dips may be key. Dips develop thick triceps.

Overhead press doesn’t develop muscles that are good for show imo.

Shoulders are one of the easiest part of your body to fuck up, so make sure you have good form (not only on ohp, but on every pushing exercise), but also they work your front and your side head of shoulders plus upper body. I'd say aesthetic wise its better than bench

I honestly think side lateral raises are a more natural movement pattern than presses.
When in nature would we need to press heavy?
Carrying anything mimics a side lateral raise depending on the degree of the arm angle.

also presses don’t work the side much. I saw a recent YouTube on this. They did emgs

since this is a looksmaxing forum I think we should consolidate the movements that are of the best reward.

for mma or sports ect it’s a completely different thing. Which is why you’ll see god tier athletes who look like shit like Tyson fury
