Fermented foods are good for gut health, greek yogurt, pickles, kimchi, sauerkraut etc

Probiotics + fermented foods + gluten free diet @Amnesia daily is ideal for good gut health

this is my diet, but I hate fish and honey
Brazilian food is mostly grilled meats, rice, and beans very good diet

I dont like fish either but I make tuna salad or just add mayo and pickles to it

No, I’d say it’s beef and chicken. I eat fish (usually salmon) only like 2 times a week.

Tbh grilled turkish food like tavuk sis,kebap isnt bad at all when it comes to health
Yes any grilled meat is fine just avoid the high fat and butter when cooking and use a healthy oil like avacado oil

Simit with beyaz peynir for breakfast(good carb option and dairy product)
Tavukpilav for lunch with some ayran
And some meat dish for the dinner

any carbs
that’s pretty much all you need for nutrients & vitamins

I just read it and he's not wrong if your a BB going for pure size you have to dirty up your diet at some point as its hard to get 5k+ calories lean. And if your on tren or high doses of AAS your nutrient partitioning is good enough to get away with it.

However, I think for most guys that want to mog and look aesthetic they can easily get enough cals while eating pretty clean and staying healthy I dont think most guys will have to go above 4-4.5k to grow

It’s funny as hell when you read it. You see most preach clean foods annd wise compound use and then see some fucker promoting pizza and Tren every day.

I’ve never once bulked up on only clean foods tbh. When it comes to dieting down that’s when there’s no fucking about. Last bulk I was at around 4500kcals and in all honestly maybe about half was pretty shit quality. Bb consider kids cereal, bread and shit like that “clean”, I don’t.

Currently on 455mg Tren and just ate a KFC JFL. Eating enough is hard as fuck on Tren.
