Not the best not the worst. Cut out the rice, focus on quality of those foods you’re getting such as opting for organic produce, and grass fed and finished meats. Also eat more protein.

We got a fucking fat gooner small testicle acne prone goyslop addict over here. All food is expensive in 2025 no matter which diet model you follow unless you are eating sub 1000 calories a day. For any athlete who’s needing more protein regardless of food quality it’s going to be spending over 200 dollars a week. And negligible added benefit? Holy airball, eating optimal diet at that young age ensures you develop better and more attractive with higher baseline testosterone production which is vital to long term aesthetics. Also rice is fucking retarded prison peasant food and lowers testosterone, blocks nutrient absorption, fucks insulin, I could go on and has little to no nutrients in the first place. It’s filler basically. Useless. He should swap for sweet potatoes.

I didn’t say twice as much I literally said you’d be spending around the same amount of money possibly only some dollars to 50 dollars more per haul, clearly you didn’t read well. And proof? Im not here to do your homework for you, id be writing a book explaining everything, just literally look at dolph lungren or any other person eating the proper way since very young and how they developed compared to the good goys today. It’s very simple. But I don’t expect yo broke sugar addicted ass to care.

My last response since you’re such an airball. I said ANYONE ELSE who was eating like dolph Lungren is developing better through childhood becoming more attractive then typical fat pig diet. Of course genetics play a role, but you do realize fucking your hormones and development needs, will taint those genetics.
