1. Every gym fag I know loses around 2 cm of height from fucked up spine/knees from heavy lifting and also short ppl like to compensate no it's not a coincidence

Opposite for me actually, most people in my gym are like 6’1 average

they feel they need to compensate but its ironic that the taller you are the more return on investment you get from the gym.
