it's probably nice short term to address certain deficiencies but I can't imagine someone going years on a carnivore diet, even those skull reconstructions of really robust prehistorical people cooked their food and had a balanced diet with grains and fruits incorporatedI always eat animal based, but yeah I was raw primal for quite a while, on and off for about 2 years with varying levels of adherence.
I think in terms of health, it’s great.
aajonus vonderplanitz's?For example, if you have the most deathly sore throat, using his recipe to tame it, it’s gone, like instantly.
agreed, I don't think it's fundamentally good to rudimentarily restrict your diet, especially to an extreme like veganism or raw carnivore, because at some point you'll be deprived of certain nutrients and you'd experience the ramifications but if it serves as a call to action initiative, helps you get started and you're being healthy rather than negligent, avoidant and restrictive then that makes up for it pretty wellI think largely that that, and other “diets” - though I do believe raw primal is the most natural diet - do put you in a position of bias and inclination to actually have it work out.
yeah I never got the whole anti-carb principle except for small spaces of time to trigger autophagy, civilization as we know it was built upon carbs, bread was pretty central to the formation of society@androgenic proved that the whole carb bloat thing is largely a myth, and since then, using that information and increasing my carbs at the expense of fat, I’ve been able to get stronger and facially leaner
- so while primal and raw meat etc. are obviously more so in line with naturalistic living - they’re not conducive to looksmaxxing,
yeah, unfortunately for me it's hard to think of what deployment would be clever and it's especially hard to figure out what works best though beyond the basics so idrk what to dointroduce a clever deployment of peptides, roids, dietary changes etc. and you’ll ascend.
