Growing up I was never toxic competitive or conscious of my height, I actually thought differences in people were part of what made each one unique etc etc. I never thought I had to be dominant or know how to fight let alone bottling up my feelings etc. Growing up, learning about what women want I always feel short and dysphoric about my body, I feel a need to be pretty and a fighting machine at the same time, I feel threatened every time a man who's either better looking or more physically dominant is around and all that because I came to understand what women not just want but often expect.
I'll never be the same, and I really don't blame them for it, as much as I do society for encouraging it while still doing a good enough job to cover it up as normal and a result of "patriarchy" which you as a man are also responsible for.
