Don’t get me wrong, leanmaxxing is crucial if you are overweight. But I’d venture to say that for most guys here, your issue is insufficient muscle mass, not excess bodyfat. The leaner you get the harder it becomes to gain and maintain a solid amount of muscle. “Water” you tell me…yet then why are so many autists on here trying to get down to sub 10% bodyfat when they have shit muscle? Take a look at this….
Bale looks around 14% here, Efron is probably 8%. Both are gonna be appealing, but at 14% bodyfat you will feel so much healthier, and you’ll be able to make great gains. These ripped guys you see online are usually on all sorts of PEDs, which are a looksmin in the long term, and/or they are psychologically miserable and have fucked up health. Ruining your whole life to get that body just so you can have a little more appeal to JBs is just stupid. Unless you have freak genetics that support it, in which case you’re a lucky bastard.
