most incels think that people spend hours lifting iron because of women, which is bullshit. I dare say that 90% of people don't go there with this and it's mainly because of people in general/other men = male respect and some satisfaction of one's own ego.

Literally, David Laid said he started bodybuilding when he was bullied at school because of how skinny he was, plus because he had no male role models when his real father left his family before he was even born.

if none of this had happened, I doubt that he would ever even pick up metal

yeah some gymcells go there for the vision that body will ensure their success with women, but that's in the range of a few percent

plus others who do it because its a hobby where they are active instead of sports, but most people go there to fit into the herd.

Gymcelling is extremely unhealthy and ages people prematurely. Retards destroy their body while having trash diet and sleep AND probably roiding too. A brutal looksmin for the vast majority.

You should at least stick to bro split and do machine isolation exercises only where your body at least has chance to recover. And training for muh strength is the biggest cope of them all together with compound exercises. No/ minimal aesthetic gains and most reach plateaus and need a deload period cuz their body cannot recover, JFL.
