When you understand it. Don’t put an age on it, some 18 year olds know more than 30 yo uncs. When you know what you’re doing and know how to do it safely then start. Like for me I don’t know everything about roids so I haven’t started them but I’ve been on peptides for around 7 months because they’re relatively easy to understand and administer.
