Most optimal way to achieve Frame growth at 17

Frame is the only real thing that i hate about myself right now. i really don't mind the way i look shirtless honestly, But with clothes on i look like a fucking twelve year old

At 5,11 my biacromial breadth is a mere 15 inches and i got a little over 18 inch Bideltoid

I got a very little bit of muscle from years of rock climbing, stopped doing that bout a year ago but recently started going to the gym with focus on shoulder/back, though you can see little to no progress when i'm wearing clothes. besides that my diet is pretty clean too

I often hear people say to Hop on Roids or Hgh, but i don't know what is actually optimal and if it's worth it considering the actual possible growth i can achieve whilst in the end still having a lean physique. I'm not at all educated on these topics (friend said i should post on here a while ago) so help would be appreciated

Actually your clavicles and some bones in your body don’t stop growing until 25 most people 21
