Bulking without measuring protein intake is the stupidest thing ever.yeah then they wonder why they won't grow or get big. people way overestimate their carb and protein intake. this is why bulking is a thing, it's better if you eat more than you need and get fat than not enough to maintain steady pace on progressive overload. you can just lean down later.
