Sleep 8+ hrs
Be in the sun
Be active
Your chin is symmetrical but that can be fixed through puberty (you could try sleeping on your back but that will only fix the muscles)

like if you have SFS, bimax will be a huge huge asscention. sfs bimax for front profile is one of the biggest single surgery asccenitons. but usually yes you are correect, there aint no one be all or end all surgery, you probably need multiple smaller surgeries for a big imprvment
