most surgeons do virtually nothing besides trying to make roasties look younger/thinner, srs. they do lipo, boob jobs, filler and botox but when it comes to male aesthetics or procedures that require deeper expertise, finding a good surgeon who cares is difficult as hell unless you're in certain areas in the US or something. it's fucked ngl.
