Most "Sub5" Guys Aren't Genetically Doomed They're Just Low Effort
I think a lot of guys label themselves as "genetically unlucky" way too early. A big amount of people who consider themselves below average haven't actually tested their potential because they don't do the basics that make the biggest difference and jump straight to cope.
Bad haircut, poor skin, high body fat, weak physique, bad posture, poor clothing choices, and zero attention to grooming can easily make someone look sub human A guy with average genetics who takes care of himself will often outclass someone with better genetics who looks unhealthy and unmaintained.
Obviously genetics matter like bone structure, height, facial harmony, and other traits play a role. But many people use genetics as an excuse before they’ve even maximized the things they can control.
The important question is: how many "sub5" guys are actually sub5, and how many are just lazy asf?
