I agree mostly. I never was one for surgery, it is one of those things where you start and it is hard to stop. I have seen it happen too many times.

@SlayerJonas personally I disagree with this, things like facial depth and craniofacial structure are far more important than something like bimax or a jaw implant. Maybe I should have specified but yes you could ascend with those possibly by a tier but I disagree where you said an LTN (base peak after bring lean and grooming himself) can get to Chadlite by doing surgery.; this is basically impossible and I would love to see an example where this happened.
