You only figured this out now? It's mostly failures who are obsessed with motivation for some reason. There is no motivation for motivation's sake, either you have a specific desire and motivation comes from it or you don't. And even then with that desire you might not always be motivated, so there come's in the less attractive cousin of motivation and it's name is discipline. People who watch these videos have neither. They just hope that one day they will wake up divinely inspired, with whatever their vague idea for motivation is, and then effortlessly manage to do all the things they've been meaning to do or complete.
