Moutbreathers do you sleep with your mouth taped shut?

Obviously I breath through my nose during the day now but it's impossible to control when i'm asleep.

I tried doing it for a month or two a year ago but it was really difficult. I'll probably start again tonight.

I wear a tape first to cover my lips with some eyelash glue

Then wear a mouth strip that makes it so my teeth keep in contact

Even if your mouth stays closed its very likely for your teeth to not keep contact when sleeping even for a non mouthbreather and that can cause a down swung jaw and or maxilla over years

teeth being constantly in contact is not ideal though? as long as the mouth is closed, the tongue posture is good and that is the most important part i think.
