Wait, do you need the jaw advancement surgery? Wouldn’t the extractions & braces get rid of the bimaxillary protrusion and hence be enough?

Dental implants to fight any possible bone atrophy caused by extractions are so costly JFL, like $2K a tooth

Bimaxillary protrusion is such a failo and even if you never thought you had it and just thought your jaws were recessed, you gotta realize attractive skulls have a nearly straight drop down from the pyriform aperture to the bottom of your front teeth.

how to fix it for whites though? mse + aligners? thats what famous orthotropic told me. i'm wearing braces right now for almsot 6-7 month every teeth is completely straight except i have little bit bimaxillary protrusion
