Ok so I’ve been sleeping on my stomach my whole life which is what I widely contribute my asymmetry to. I’ve recently transitioned to sleeping on my back but I notice I mouth breath at night when I do. It’s weird because I don’t when I’m on my stomach. The other night I woke up with a painful throat and drool. Any suggestions on how to fix this other than mouth tape (it makes me gag)

the sleep on stomach that contribute to asymmetry is totally bullshit and cope. :lul::lul: Just sleep comfortably and probably. use a mouth tape to help with the mouth breathing.

Agreed, these greys like to blame everything but their genetics & development (nutritionally speaking).

Symmetry is also cope, by the way.

sleeping on your back is probably why, it's not good higher chances of sleep apnea mouth breathing

cause your tongue falls back into your throat, your airway is restricted just sleep on your side

It’s not just the asymmetry, I’ve also been feeling lower back and neck pain related to sleeping on my stomach

Don't get me wrong, you shouldn't have one side of your face hanging down but it's really not as important as these greys make it out to be.

It's caused by poor bone development.
