Idk i have not tried, i dont really want to bc i have braces and surgery soon anyway so i think there is no point for me.
And i have heard most ppl who say it works do sleep with it.

i meant im getting braces and surgery, sorry.
However, i will probably only be able to get normal braces but i would like damon braces.

Doesn’t help if you’re already getting braces.

Braces fix your fucked up bite for you.
A mouth guard would fix your bite a little bit, but it could cause tmj and its 100x slower than braces.

Mouth guard is not cope but there is no point in wearing one if your getting or had braces already.

Although if you lost you’re retainer it could act as a replacement.

All and all, mouth guards are not cope but if you have a fucked up bite it may do more bad then good
