First of all why buy the r1 and not the r2 which is better. Secondly no it helps with teeth grinding but not ccw rotation, if you are young the best thing that you can do for ccw rotation is to position your tongue correctly (mewing) 24/7, if you are an adult le fort 1 with a maxillary impaction is the only way to go.
