Mouth stretching+volufline?

My lips are pretty narrow and I think it throws off my ratios. Would putting my index fingers on the corner of my mouth and stretching outward for an amount of time then directly after I apply volufline to my lips would that work? Volufline to combat any volume loss from the tears that the stretching makes in your lips

It can a little but for nice width gains you need to use a mouth widening device and leave it in place for good bits of time.
