Unironically a bit smaller lips look more aesthetic in my opinion.
Big mouth look terrible, like fucking fish. Unless your mouth is very narrow i wouldnt bother with that, i wish i could decrease my lips lenght.

After reading it all I think I've come to a conclusion, this is as high quality as the conditions of Turkey.

Seems strange that these MSE or palate expanders place all their parallel stress on a single set of teeth instead of all like the former two do. With that much focus, I worry that you will make a one-sided, unsymmetrical result.
