Lmao at so many ppl being too fucking dumb to make proper before after pictures.

First pic mouth slightly open, barely any grin on the face= shorter mouth.
second pic closed mouth, more grinning on the face (visible on stretched cheeks)= longer mouth.

Other than that, this oldcels mouth is the least of his worries. What do you need a bigger mouth for at 95 years of age?

Losing weight and getting lean would have trillion times bigger impact that messing with the mouth size...
