With mouth widening you're artificially changing one feature without making the underlying change (MSE would be the underlying change) that naturally changes the mouth.

You'll end up with a weird ratio somewhere in your face, whether that's ipd to lip width or nose to lip width.


With MSE and Bimax as well as leanmaxing there won't be any problems with lip width.

lip widening is basically coping with implants when u need bimax

i do need mse, but i don't think it would be enough to fix the fact that my narrow mouth fucks up my whole lower third

Replace Mouth widening, with Lip widening, now you just widen the lips, nothing else is affected, harmony isn't thrown off that way
