Do you think this surgery can heal and remain no marks or is it a too risky surgery to have it ?

Eppley is literally the only surgeon who offers this surgery which is already sketchy enough
Now take also in consideration that there were never pictures of healed scars shown so its obvious this surgery leaves yiu with permanent scars

You need to fina a surgron that does corner of the mouth lift. Its the exact same cut

i find lots of surgeon who are doing this procedure. eppley might be the one doing most maybe.
lip lifting and this done by many surgeons. not eppley's special.

I havent looked into this much due to my mouth width not being a problem
There is a high risk of scarring though

Try MSE first, it potentially can widen your mouth by a few mm

my palate is not even narrow. when i smile there is no problem but resting mouth is a bit sketchy.
