Mouth Widening with expanders

My highest ROI failo to fix is my proportionally narrow mouth width. My palate is average and my bite is normally aligned, but I need a wider mouth

As a male above 20, MARPE can be hit or miss, might not separate palate. And they posit the benefits of expanding the airways and nasal cavity with MARPE but idc about that I just want a wider mouth

Should I go straight for SARPE? It would be overkill maybe and only expands the bottom portion of the palate but that's all I need for my goal.

How should I go about this with an orthodontist boyos

if you have a normal palate and your bite is aligned I dont think any ortho would do it, it will fuck up your bite since you cant expand your lower teeth. Im pretty sure there's a surgery for widening your lips
