Mouth Widening

Has anybody here had mouth widening surgery here or know somebody who has? Strongly considering getting this over the summer but I have some concerns over scarring.

Bimax and LF 1 gives wider lips because of more bone support and lips are everted and projected instead of collapsed

My mouth to nose ratio is very bad (1.2). If I did not have nearly perfect lips outside of that I would be an incel.

get an expander, talk to ur ortho. if ur mouth is very slim then it will be very beneficial
