As we all know, wide mouth is a mogger trait, that's super easy to achieve, all you need is a mouth widening appliance.....

Thing Is there kinda expensive... 50 bucks for a piece of plastic is outrageous, does anyone know how to source one cheaply?

tell me if u find out which one lmfao id think you need eg 7cm to get 7cm eidth but who needs 12cm maybe you need to go higher so that when you take it off the elasticity makes it go lower or wtv idk

1-2 times a day depending on your choice
Hold it 1 minute each set and do it 3 times while resting 10 seconds per set

Pulling your lips with hand or device gives you wrinkles and folds over time, better option is to fix the narrow lips from the root which would be widening the palate

its rarely actually the palate and even if it was you'd be widening the nose too

not really, lip width correlates only moderately with palate width. soft tissue thickness and muscle tone play just as big a role. plenty of people with narrow palates have wide lips and vice versa. i have average width fyi

i got the 7cm 10 and 12 one printed and wore it 2 hours daily shit did nothing really lmfao maybe if u wear it when u sleep
