You can have a perfect jaw, eyes or cheekbones. Small mouth will destroy everything! Upper eyelid exposure, small zygos or a normal jaw can all be compensated.
A small mouth is a dead sentence!!!

Lingual torquing and buccal flaring for occlusion correction. I don’t have a crossbite, im getting it cosmetically

It's all about the nose width to mouth width ratio, not necessarily just the mouth width alone, some people have an ok mouth but their nose is wide as well so it makes mouth look smaller than it actually is
