Environment pill is the most brutal pill to ever exist. I spent all my childhood/teenage years behind my screen and video games, i was really poor so i was eating like two meals per day. Low testosterone , lack of growth hormone and mouthbreathing transformed me into a monster, i dont have any bones/dimorphism now, i know i wouldnt have been good looking with a good environment but being mid tier/high tier normie was realisable. i'm almost deformed now,
Can surgeries save me? I just have enough for a cheap bimax

Genes don't spontaneously change halfway through your life. The facial structure you had as a child is the facial structure you are meant to have as an adult. Any deviation from this is inherently a symptom of recession. Such is the case for bieber too.
