First i got a palete expander from a doctor for my overbite then I used it for about a year and saw little change then a guy here put me on mouthguard so I tested it and it has helped my overbite and teeth very much

You can’t talk and yes you stop snoring haven’t had that problem but you can’t breath from your mouth

No my lower teeth were covered over my top teeth so you could only see my top teeth when I clenched my jaw and that made my lips thinner. 18

Yes make sure its a proper mouthguard made for your mouth/teeth. They work but if it isn't perfect for your bite it can fuck up your teeth like push them out.

No some nga here said to use mouth tape. Just do that mouth guard is mostly for grinding.
