2 questions.
1. Does the “mpr” exercise work well for the massaters? And yes technically you could progressively overload
2. Is sprinting or incline walking better for making lm progress
 
Incline walking is just catabolic cardio, sprinting actually does something. Idk about mpr, it might work but probably more towards strengthening muscles rather than making them bigger. You’re probably gonna dislocate the jaw before you get any gains
