MSDO surgeons?

Title pretty much says it all. Does anyone have any knowledge of practitioners that perform MSDO in the US? I can take DMs as some have mentioned private meetings in previous posts.

I’d also like to add that this is a serious endeavor in my case. Transverse mandibular deficiency has been officially noted, and teeth are going to be pulled if I can’t find a viable alternative to address crowding.

Its a very unknown procedure that really nobody performs. I heard it can give serious tmj problems and also high risk of infection.

You previously mentioned getting a MSDO consultation yourself, but I’m not sure if you’re US based.

I can’t speak to the infection risk, but I’m planning on following up any transverse maxilla and mandible expansion with a Bimax which would ideally include condylar torsion. This should get my mandibular joints back into a neutral position.
