MSE and accutane

So i want to get a MSE but im on accutane i asked AI if those two can go togheter it told me yes but i have to tell my dermatologist and orthodondist that im on accutane and want a MSE so they can make sure everything goes as it should
This is what it said can happen if i dont tell them i take accutane :
The medication can affect bone metabolism, which may slow or alter how my jaw responds to expansion.
Healing of tissues can be delayed, increasing the risk of irritation, inflammation, or complications.
My gums and oral tissues may be more sensitive and prone to damage or infection.
The orthodontic treatment might become less predictable or less effective.
In some cases, it could increase the risk of unwanted side effects or poor treatment results.

So idk if i should wait to finish accutane and get a MSE if anybody can help or give tips answer

Yeah i obviously will but i want to see what people Here have to say maybe someone already with experience with this kind of a situation before i go to the doctor its hard to book an apointment in my city they mostly make you wait 2-3 weeks until you can go

Should consult your doctor about it but you should be fine to do both.
