How does Mse and overall lateral expansion influence Eye Spacing and IPD?

It hardly has an impact on IPD or ES ratio. It can widen IPD a few MM, but that's only with aggressive expansion, or if you do it young (as in early teens or preteens, not as a young adult, before you ask)
