no way i can give an accurate guess, you can only get gains the two months you expand with mse, so your time frame isnt that wide, maybe 1-3mm if i had to guess

Can you elaborate a little further on the mechanisms please? For some reason I cant PM you.

I am going to get the MSE in a month or so. I am chewing mastic chewing gum and I am also designing a jaw exercising device that I will be using. We could also bit down on a mouth guard for extended periods to cause more IP expansion.

I think using nasal balloon therapy might help unlock the sutures as well when combined with MSE.
