Mse day 2

Today didnt hurt as much as yesterday, only some pain 3-4 minutes after rotating.
Speaking is so much better and I already feel some expansion in the maxilla.
Eating is still shit because the pain in my tooth wont go away
I only eat ramen and yogurt im at 1200 calories today gonna lose some weight too.

Been mouthbreathing since corona because nobody saw it because of the masks
Addicted to nasal spray since 3 years and cant breathe 2 hours after using it because my narrow palette causes a 24/7 stuffed nose (thats what the doctor says)
I really do need this mse not only for looks but also for my health, doctors also considered giving me rhino at 15 because of my breathing problems

I think its 10mm im doing 10 days 2 turns a day then i will get a check from the orthos, if its enough i will stop if not i need to keep going or get a new mse because mine only goes to 10mm

What are your thoughts on FME from Dr. Newaz, is it any better? My palate is deformed tier, and I have nasal breathing issues from it. I tried to get SARPE 2 times so far and both surgeons wanted 4 premolars out which I'm not a fan of.

an ideal expender would be more triangle in it's distribution. wider on the back narrower on the front
