Just got out the ortho office, when I asked her I was scared of getting more asymmetric from mse she told me that happens only when one side of the maxilla’s growth plates have been fused. But if ur still getting surgery it shouldn’t matter since it can be fixed during surgery.

Thoughts ? @RealSurgerymax

It’s only the ortho, and she works with the maxfac so it’s compitable and easier tbh

JFL, trusting a women.

shes talking about a surgical palatal expansion not MSE

Yes can be fixed during bimax and with custom midfacial implants
