I have some fat on my face cuz i am bulking. I will try to cut for couple of weeks to see if it is the skeletally round or facial fat. But i am guessing that its skeletally round

Yeah it’s best to wait until you reach a lower bf% before deciding. Mse widens the midface so if your midface is narrow it would help balance your facial proportions, if your midface is already wide mse would only widen it further which isn't helpful. So if your midface is narrow you can try if it's wide then avoid it

Mse somewhat helps with a recessed maxilla and also loosens the sutures making it easier to bring the midface forward with other tools. If your midface needs widening it can be used alongside things like reverse-pull headgear or le fort. If you don’t need widening you’d probably need le fort alone or maybe headgear alone if you're still at a growing stage
