MSE + Facemask or BIMAX

Gotta decide soon. My jaw looks narrow so idk if widening Zygo’s with MSE would be desireable. My Zygo to Bigonial ratio isnt even bad athough it looks horrible so maybe MSE would be good? I want forward growth of cheekbones if that's even possible with mse + facemask. I know its not with bimax.

Yeah LeFort I, it will have slight downgrafting for my occlusion and CCW rotation. BSSO for mandible.
