MSE is finally installed.

That's demonstrably false.

All orthotropics are very case-specfic, and the problem with American dentistry is that most providers only do one or the other, so when you go in for a consultation they'll just tell you theirs is the better option. This leads retards on these lookism sites to believe one is better than the other in all cases.

AGGA and MSE can both positively affect air flow. Both can positively affect TMJ disorders.

While there is little documentation on either MSE or AGGA, there's still significantly more documentation for AGGA. I mean, just look at google image results for "MSE before & after", it's literally just Ronny.
I just wanna ask you if you had AGGA

I debated many orthotropics for a while, but have come to the conclusion that a maxillary downgraft would suit my case much better. Unfortunately there are no orthotropics that move the maxilla downwards. I have a shorter than ideal midface & a downwards movement of approx. 8mm would be ideal for my scenario.

So you didn’t get AGGA.. But defending it... :feelsuhh:

Don’t forget to pull your teeth out of your face theory
Just Ronnymax and overexpand every dental procedure far past your ortho's recommendations, take off your support braces way before you're done healing, complete MSE and then blame AGGA for wobbly teeth. Surely this is an example of a controlled study, despite very few patients encountering similar side effects. Still fixed his headaches and made him look much better though.

Just spend 18k+ on something that dentists (not trained practitioners who spent years on this subject) provide and end up losing alveolar bone and later join a Facebook group page designed for failed cases:

If your "source" is a facebook group of 100 people, most of whom likely joined just to see what an AGGA failure looked like, then it looks like you're too stupid to have an argument.

Just lol. Evidence is shown by the results of people. If 100 people have said they’ve had poor cases with AGGA, pls explain to me why it’s not bad??? I mean what evidence do you want? In both theoretically and evidently, it is proven to be bullshit. Pulling teeth forward doesn’t make the maxilla magically lengthen. Why would someone like Ronald who’s spent money on it say it’s bad for you? Wouldn’t he want to say it’s good if it is good... I mean he put faith into it and it disappointed him.

How are you going to deal with lower jaw width not matching the upper jaw after upper jaw has been expanded?

And also top teeth gaps and whatnot.
You use invisalign for that, someone did DIY invisalign, just need to come up with a cheap way to get your invisaligns done DIY.

Invisalign on lower jaw to expand? Not sure if legit

You installed an orthotropic appliance in your mouth without ANY professional help other than what you've read on the Internet?

You either are incredibly stupid, incredibly naive, both, or possessing an insanely high IQ which paved the way for you to do this with professional touch.

To fix you upper teeth and match bottom and upper row, you tip bottom teeth if needed (not sure if possible with invisalign only), you can't really expand the jaw with invisalign, at least as an adult.

I know I said I was gonna make a whole documentation on my self install journey but I’m kinda lazy to make a long ass post about it. But I finally got MSE installed. Man let me tell you, it was a pain in the ass at times but at the same time it was fairly simple. When I first started to install it I had injected myself with lidocaine, but since I like to dick around it eventually wore off before I even got halfway thru it so I basically installed the whole MSE into my skull with no anesthesia JFL. I felt every bit of the screw goin into my skull & everything. It hurt like a bitch at times but most of it wasn’t very bad at all tbh. I decided to get rid of the molar bands with hooks after installs it was mainly used for alignment but I eventually got sick of having it in there, it made it so hard to chew & shit so they were cut out. I’ll be doing facepulling from the MSE itself. I’m currently at day 1 of turning & I’m at 5 turns, I feel no pain at all lol. Will continue with 5 turns a day until split then do 2 a day after split. Since I’m not makin a full documentation anymore, jus feel free to ask about anything from this process & I’ll tell ya what I can about it!

I’m gonna more than likely get MSDO to expand lower jaw to match upper.

This is one thing I prolly wont do myself I’d rather jus go to the ortho & have them set up a Invisalign plan for me after I expanded everything

Very low inhib tbh lmao. But Nawh I jus happen to have a hidden skill for a lot of shit. Like this whole shit jus came natural to me fr. It’s been makin me debate going to dental school honestly

It’s fairly simple, you jus make a impression of your teeth & find the correct molar band size then you just solder the mse arms to the bands while it’s on the impression.

Even conventional braces still fail in 2020. Every orthodontic procedure can still fail in 2020, and the fault is almost always on the user. By your wisdom, since some people's braces still fail, nobody should get braces. Since seatbelts only save lives some of the time, no car should have seatbelts. That's how retarded you are at arguing a point.

And I know whatever evidence I post, be it testimonials, before & after X-ray results, whatever I provide you'll find some excuse because you're illiterate in orthodontics. You're not educated on this issue just because you spend all day on an incel forum.

I have never claimed that AGGA moves the entire maxillary complex in adults, that's you creating strawmen. Your claim is that AGGA has no use-case scenario. AGGA has been repeatedly shown to correct overbites & alleviates issues associated with TMJ. It can provide more tongue space in people with maxillas that developed fine laterally, but did not have sufficient anterior growth. In some cases, it can create the illusion of minor forward maxillary growth.

TLDR This incel forum does not count as education. Ronny videos do not count as education. Do not develop your opinions based off these two retarded sources.

If you gonna get MDSO for lower jaw, why did you install MSE yourself for upper? Wouldn't it be safer to go to ortho?

I did mse myself cuz I knew I wouldn’t find someone to do it but now that it’s finally in I definitely won’t have much trouble finding someone to do MSDO with since I already have MSE.

Will MSE give more forward growth?

Have your cheekbones widened yet, or got higher?

Don't forget to chew 2 hours a day. Once the sutures are disrupted chewing does widen the ipd as if you were a child.
There is a whole thread about it made by Retard.

And it's also well documented that Chewing during growth widen the ipd as sutures are open :Chewing widen the upper part of the maxilla.
But once you're on your middle teens, sutures becomes stronger and it mostly thicken your skull instead of inducing sutural growth.

And chewing won't hurt you.
Even if you're ipd is good, try to reach the holy 69/70 range.
You can add 3 mm implants later to widen your forehead/bizygo/gonion to get a nice esr ratio.
