MSE might not be totally cope

If you seriously have a narrow palate you should consider it anyway.

this is a surgical total expansion of the lower third so MSE + adressing the lower jaw afterward. Anyway it doesn't brings you to chad level and surgery might be needed after but at least you could start with a slighty better base..
The Zygo widening seems over all a bullshit.. The nasal base is real doe..


Also idk if it's light but his central cheeks looks a bit wider( NOT HIS bi-zygomatic width )


PS: Finger crossed, next week i got the first visit

For aesthetics it is except for teeth which this forum doesn't seem to care about
But it's worth it just for the better airways I think

oh for teeth it's definetely worth. Gives you a better smile anyway.
For zygomatic width etc.. is just cope.. it might improve a bit the mid face cheeks width but that's it.

Narrow palate looks like shite for sure but people here don't care because on pictures you can't see it but it matters irl

it's not this case. The thread quoted " Surgical assistance expantion of the lower third " and it was in the MSE category. I assume he got MSDO for thee lower third as it's chin looks wider and his bite is correct

Only people saying MSE is cope are these unpatient rotting greycels, no credible user that knows what MSE actually does has said it's "cope"
